Shipping to MOST business addresses. Some areas may charge extra for shipping due to our carriers do not service the lanes and the carriers charge more shipping fees.

Residential Delivery, Farmland, Construction Site and Lift Gate Service will be charged extra by the shipping carrier.

- THE BUYER IS ALWAYS RESPONSIBLE FOR UNLOADING THE PRODUCT FROM THE TRUCK.

Forklift or something similar is required from customer for unloading the product.

Loading Dock or Lift Gate required.
- The buyer is also responsible for any re-delivery charges and storage charges.
- Buyers should inspect all items upon delivery for any concealed and non-concealed damages that may have occurred during transit, Any damages or shortages MUST be noted on the Bill of Lading or Delivery Receipt at the time of delivery. Buyer satisfaction is assumed if no damages are noted on the delivery receipt.
- If the items are picked up at a trucking terminal, the terminal staff will be able to load the items on your trailer or truck. If you would like to locate a terminal in your area, or if you would like a shipping quote, please call or email us for more information.

Shipping Coverage
- Freight shipping only within the lower 48 states.
- Fulfillment times are 6-10 business days.
- Free shipping applies to:Tire Changers, Tire Balancers, Shop Tool Equipment, and Scissor Lifts → delivered to commercial addresses or the nearest carrier terminal.
- Two-Post and Four-Post Lifts:Customer must provide a forklift for unloading.Please make sure to select the correct shipped or pick up option BEFORE ADDING THE ITEM TO YOUR CART.If no forklift is available, we can arrange terminal delivery for pick-up instead.
Additional Services & Fees
- Residential Delivery: $90
- Liftgate Service: $90 (not available for two post, four posts, and select scissor lifts; contact us to confirm before ordering)
Customer Responsibilities
- Customers are responsible for unloading freight from the truck.
- A forklift or unloading dock service is strongly recommended.
- Customers are responsible for any re-delivery fees if the carrier cannot complete delivery.
- Do not sign for damaged or incomplete shipments. Contact Customer Service immediately if items are missing or damaged.
Inspection & Claims
- Carefully inspect your order before signing the Bill of Lading or delivery receipt.
- All visible damage or missing items must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
- Report concealed damage or shortages to our Customer Service team within 48 hours of delivery.
- If no issues are noted at delivery, the shipment will be considered received in satisfactory condition.

The purchasers of Autokato products (Autto) are protected by the manufacturer’s warranty. Autokato offers a one-year warranty on all product parts, and three year's warranty on product structure.
