Shipping Coverage

Freight shipping only within the lower 48 states.

Free shipping applies to:

Tire Changers, Tire Balancers, Shop Tool Equipment, and Scissor Lifts → delivered to commercial addresses or the nearest carrier terminal.

Two-Post and Four-Post Lifts:

Customer must provide a forklift for unloading.

If no forklift is available, we can arrange terminal delivery for pick-up instead.

Additional Services & Fees

Residential Delivery: $90
-
Liftgate Service: $90 (not available for all products; contact us to confirm before ordering)
Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for unloading freight from the truck.

A forklift or unloading dock service is strongly recommended.

Customers are responsible for any re-delivery fees if the carrier cannot complete delivery.

Do not sign for damaged or incomplete shipments. Contact Customer Service immediately if items are missing or damaged.
Inspection & Claims

Carefully inspect your order before signing the Bill of Lading or delivery receipt.

All visible damage or missing items must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.

Report concealed damage or shortages to our Customer Service team within 48 hours of delivery.

If no issues are noted at delivery, the shipment will be considered received in satisfactory condition.
