** Please be aware of seasonal shipping delays. Orders may take up to 3 weeks to arrive. If you are in immediate need of a product please contact us for inventory and an invoice.

Shipping Coverage

  • Freight shipping only within the lower 48 states.

  • Fulfillment times are 6-10 business days.

  • Two-Post and Four-Post Lifts:

    • Customer must provide a forklift for unloading.

    • If no forklift is available, we can arrange terminal delivery for pick-up instead.

  • Commercial freight shipping rates for lifts range from $300–$1,300 depending on the model. This does not include liftgate service or residential delivery fees, which are additional if required.

Additional Services & Fees

  • Residential Delivery: $80

  • Liftgate Service: $80 (not available for two post lifts, four post lifts, and select scissor lifts; contact us to confirm before ordering)

If liftgate service is requested for an item that is not eligible under the standard rate, additional charges will apply based on carrier requirements. 

Customer Responsibilities

  1. Customers are responsible for unloading freight from the truck.

  2. A forklift or unloading dock service is strongly recommended.

  3. Customers are responsible for any re-delivery fees if the carrier cannot complete delivery.

  4. Do not sign for damaged or incomplete shipments. Contact Customer Service immediately if items are missing or damaged.
