Shipping Policy

Please review carefully before placing your order.

Shipping Coverage

  • Freight shipping only within the lower 48 states.

  • Free shipping applies to:

    • Tire Changers, Tire Balancers, Shop Tool Equipment, and Scissor Lifts → delivered to commercial addresses or the nearest carrier terminal.

  • Two-Post and Four-Post Lifts:

    • Customer must provide a forklift for unloading.

    • If no forklift is available, we can arrange terminal delivery for pick-up instead.

Additional Services & Fees

  • Residential Delivery: $90

  • Liftgate Service: $90 (not available for all products; contact us to confirm before ordering)

Customer Responsibilities

  1. Customers are responsible for unloading freight from the truck.

  2. A forklift or unloading dock service is strongly recommended.

  3. Customers are responsible for any re-delivery fees if the carrier cannot complete delivery.

  4. Do not sign for damaged or incomplete shipments. Contact Customer Service immediately if items are missing or damaged.

Inspection & Claims

  • Carefully inspect your order before signing the Bill of Lading or delivery receipt.

  • All visible damage or missing items must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.

  • Report concealed damage or shortages to our Customer Service team within 48 hours of delivery.

  • If no issues are noted at delivery, the shipment will be considered received in satisfactory condition.
