  1. Length (mm)

The length of the car is the distance between the two vertical surfaces perpendicular to the longitudinal symmetrical plane of the car and respectively against the front and rear outmost protruding parts of the car. Simply put, it's the distance from the front end to the back end along the direction the car is going.

  1. Width (mm)

Vehicle width is the distance between two planes parallel to the longitudinal symmetrical plane of the vehicle and respectively against the fixed protrusion on both sides of the vehicle. Simply put, it's the distance from the left end of the car to the right end. The "fixed protrusions" do not include rearview mirrors, side lights, position lights, steering fingers, flexible fenders, skid chains and deformation of tire contact with the ground.

  1. High (mm)

The height of the vehicle is the distance between the horizontal plane of the vehicle supporting plane and the highest protruding part of the vehicle. It's simply the distance from the ground to the highest point of the car.

  1. Wheelbase (mm)

The axial moment is the distance between two perpendicular lines passing through the midpoint of two adjacent wheels on the same side of the vehicle and perpendicular to the plane of longitudinal symmetry of the vehicle. Simply put, it is the distance from the center of the front axle to the center of the rear axle.

    5.Car wheel base (mm)

The vehicle wheel base is the distance between the center lines of the track left by the wheel on the vehicle support plane (usually the ground). If the axle ends with two wheels, the wheel base is the distance between the two central planes of the two wheels. The front wheel base is the distance between the center plane of the front two wheels, and the rear wheel base is the distance between the center plane of the rear two wheels. They can be the same or different.

   6.Tire width

The width of the tire is measured in millimeters (e.g. 175 mm). Typical car tyres have nominal cross section widths ranging from 125mm (e.g. 125/80 R 12) to approximately 335mm (e.g. 335/30 R 19). There is a difference of 10mm between each width. Special tyres used in the new "wheel tyre technology" (such as Dunlop's TD tyres and Michelin's TRX and TDX tyres) have other width parameters, which have also been measured in millimetres. Width from 160mm to 240mm. The actual width will be different from the nominal width indicated, because there will be some acceptable errors in production, which will vary from manufacturer to manufacturer, within a range of a few millimeters. The width of the tire also depends on which hub the tire is mounted on. Most tires can be fitted to hubs of different widths. Some cars can only be fitted with a certain brand of tyre or must be fitted with a certain hub because only a specified brand of tyre can be guaranteed safety in any situation.

  There are many linkage devices in the two post automobile lift, such as: nut screw linkage device, gear chain linkage device, wire rope linkage device, etc.. And can be suitable for two post lift, gear chain and wire rope linkage is more appropriate. For these two schemes, each has its own advantages and disadvantages: the gear chain linkage device can guarantee the lifting synchronization more accurately, but the service life of the chain is relatively short, and the cost is relatively high. For wire rope linkage device, not only can ensure synchronous lifting, but also long service life, low cost, and easier to adjust the length of wire rope.

   Through the comparison of these two schemes, it is more suitable for the mechanical wire rope linkage. Wire rope lifting linkage device is mainly composed of wire rope, pulley, screw sleeve and nut. Wire rope pulley is installed on the lifting frame using the pulley shaft; The end of the wire rope is fixed in the screw sleeve, and is installed on the top plate of the upper part of the column with a nut; Nuts can be used to adjust the length of the wire rope so that the bearing bracket is in a horizontal position.

   The driving mechanism is the power executive element of the two post lift machine, which mainly drives the wire rope movement, thus driving the lifting frame up and down. The driving element is mainly composed of hydraulic cylinder, its driving mode is mainly two kinds, one is to pull the wire rope, the other is to push the wire rope. Because the travel of the lift is 1800mm, if you do not take a certain special way, then the length of the piston rod is 1800mm, so the stiffness of the piston rod is relatively high. And the motion is not stable. Therefore, using the principle of moving pulley, the length of the piston rod can be reduced to half of the original. A pulley is installed at the end of the piston rod to make it a moving pulley, and then the wire rope is bypassing the pulley. By using the principle of moving pulley, the stroke of the piston rod can be reduced, while improving the stiffness and stability of the piston rod.

   Finally, the piston is determined to rise for the lifting frame when it is pushed outward, and the end of the piston uses a pulley device. The function of the guide device is to prevent the lifting frame from swinging back and forth when lifting and setting. There are many guiding devices, such as guide shafts and sleeves. Here it is intended to use shaft end bearings and guide groove to guide, this mechanism is not only convenient to install, but also relatively simple to manufacture, the process performance is better. Because the car maintenance workers need to work under the bracket, so the safety mechanism of the lift is more strict. Usually for the chain drive, its safety mechanism is better designed, can directly use the chain to self-lock. For wire rope transmission, it is necessary to adopt other self-locking mechanism. Pawl and rack are usually used, and the locking mechanism of pawl and rack is also used initially.
