Pickup Requirements

What to Bring

  • Pickup Invoice (Required): This is necessary to verify your order and release your items.
  • Valid Government-Issued Photo ID (Required): Must match the name on the order for verification purposes.
  • Please ensure both your invoice and ID are readily available.

Upon Arrival

  • Go directly to your selected warehouse location
  • Follow any posted signs for pickup instructions
  • Present your pickup invoice and valid ID to warehouse staff

Order Verification

Our staff will verify your order and assist you with loading and release of your items.

Additional Information

  • No appointment required during normal operating hours
  • No need to call before pickup unless confirming inventory availability
  • Please follow all posted safety instructions while on-site
  • Warehouse staff are available to assist if needed
