Shipping Coverage
- Freight shipping only within the lower 48 states.
- Fulfillment times are 6-10 business days.
- Two-Post and Four-Post Lifts: Customer must provide a forklift for unloading. Please make sure to select the correct shipped or pick up option BEFORE ADDING THE ITEM TO YOUR CART. If no forklift is available, we can arrange terminal delivery for pick-up instead.
Additional Services & Fees
- Residential Delivery: $80
- Liftgate Service: $80 (not available for two post, four posts, and select scissor lifts; contact us to confirm before ordering)
Customer Responsibilities
- Customers are responsible for unloading freight from the truck.
- A forklift or unloading dock service is strongly recommended.
- Customers are responsible for any re-delivery fees if the carrier cannot complete delivery.
- Do not sign for damaged or incomplete shipments. Contact Customer Service immediately if items are missing or damaged.
Inspection & Claims
- Carefully inspect your order before signing the Bill of Lading or delivery receipt.
- All visible damage or missing items must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
- Report concealed damage or shortages to our Customer Service team within 48 hours of delivery.
- If no issues are noted at delivery, the shipment will be considered received in satisfactory condition.

The purchasers of Autokato products (Autto) are protected by the manufacturer’s warranty. Autokato offers a one-year warranty on all product parts, and three year's warranty on product structure.
Free shipping on warranty parts. Labor is not included in warranty.
